On the
other hand 312 Palestinians were martyred by Israel state forces in 2018.
Arab
media 'Al-Quds Al-Arabi' in a report announced that the Zionist regime of
Israel has martyred 312 Palestinians since the start of 2018.
According to Arab newspaper, the
Israeli regime killed 271 Palestinians in Gaza Strip and 42 others in the West
Bank.
Among
those who were killed there are also 6 women and 57 kids.
Based on
the report, the number of martyrs had a four-fold increase compared to 2017.
The
Great March of Return rallies culminated on May 15 to mark what Palestinians
refer to as Nakba, or Catastrophe -- a reference to the forced removal of
750,000 Palestinians from their homes and villages to clear the way for Israel
's establishment in 1948.
Since
the protests began on March 30, the Israeli forces have killed over 220
Palestinians in the besieged coastal enclave and wounded more than 20,000
people, according to health officials in Gaza.
